Step 1) We have a kickoff call to discuss the following
· We will ask you a series of questions to help us understand everything about your target buyer as well as your product or service you are looking to get more customers for.
· We will also walk you through the setup schedule and run through a small list of things we will need approval for during the setup. The setup usually takes 7-10 days.
Step 2) We deliver the following for approval
· Initial list of Keywords for search campaigns and/or interest categories for display campaigns.
· Designed images to be used for display ads.
· Landing pages to be used for the campaign if we are not sending traffic to your website.
Step 3) We install the following conversion tracking on your website and/or landing pages:
· Call tracking to understand when the campaign delivers a phone call to your business.
· Form tracking to understand when someone comes from the campaign then inquires via a form submission.
Step 4) Client approval to go live.
Step 4) Daily actions, 7-days per week and bi-monthly reporting
· We monitor your campaign daily and make adjustments to improve the campaign performance.
· We deliver reports every 2-weeks that document the following:
- Number of phone calls delivered
- Number of forms inquiries delivered
- Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc...
- For premium account we deliver an ROI analysis where we record and listen to every phone call delivered.
Step 5) Monthly Phone Call
· Each month we schedule a phone call to discuss the following:
- Results from the previous month.
- Review any questions or concerns you have about the campaign.
- Discuss any seasonal adjustments you would like to make for the campaign or any new products/services you would like to add.
