Step 1) We have a kickoff call to discuss the following
· We will ask you a series of questions to help us understand everything about your target buyer as well as your product or service you are looking to get more customers for - This information will help us establish a criteria for emails we can pull from our database of 200 million smart contacts.
· We will also walk you through the setup schedule and run through a small list of things we will need approval for prior to launching your campaign. The setup usually takes 7-10 days.
Step 2) We deliver the following for approval
· A sample list of contacts that we will use to build a group of 20,000 emails each month that match your target buyer profile.
· Email template to be used during the campaign. We can send up to 4 email campaigns each month depending your level of service.
· Landing pages to be used for the campaign if we are not sending traffic to your website.
· Content for first email campaign.
Step 3) Client approval to go live.
Step 4) Monthly reporting and Phone Call
· Each month we schedule a phone call to discuss the following:
- Results from the previous month.
- Review any questions or concerns you have about the campaign.
- Discuss and approve the upcoming email campaign.
